Sarah holds an Advanced Diploma in Sports Therapy awarded by Active Health and accredited by the Sports Therapy Organisation.
Sarah has worked as a Sports Therapist since 2006 and is also qualified as a Level 3 personal trainer and gym instructor.
With over 9 years' experience working closely with physiotherapists & osteopaths in a multi-disciplinary clinic, Sarah offers a well-rounded approach to treatment, aiming to help you both immediately and in the long term.
Sarah uses her sport-specific knowledge to individually tailor your treatment, training advice and corrective exercise.
Sarah is a member of the Sports Therapy Organisation and the Federation of Holistic Therapists and is a fully insured Sports Therapist.
